We found that the client had a compelling solution, but was absent a strategic partner alliance program to help the small organization amplify and scale its message and sales efforts.


We developed a Partner Program framework, web content, developed and led a comprehensive public/private sector Cybersecurity Symposium to attract customer, partner and ecosystem interest. The goal was to re-cast the company as a premier thought leader in its cyber market segment.
