The Principal at CyberZephyr implemented a strategy to elevate the company’s cyber security offerings and further align them with threat/attack vector, and federal initiatives. We improved market outreach, thought leadership and teaming efforts with viable industry partners.   We sought to focus B&P efforts on identifying and developing opportunities that aligned best with the firms’ consultants and capabilities. CyberZephyr moved the organization from a 2nd tier sub-contractor model to a direct business model into strategic accounts with emerging needs for higher value cybersecurity services.

The firm dramatically increased its pWin (probability of win) on contract vehicles. Earned several new business contract vehicles worth more than $250 Million+ in contract value in key agencies, repositioned its strengths in the marketplace increasing revenue, value and market share.
